Workshop

• Approx. 6m long work shop at rear of trailer
• 5m long heavy duty work benches down both sides of trailer with 5mm pressed steel bench top
• 150mm Engineers Vice
• Robust steel under bench cabinets with side hinged doors and self-latching locks
• 1 x 18m spring rewind air hose reel mounted under bench with air plumbed from compressor on left hand side

Crib Room

• Approx. 4m long crib room
• Approx. 2m kitchen bench on left hand side with stainless steel bench top, under bench cabinets, and sink
• 2 x lunch tables on right hand side

Front Tray

• Front area approx. 1.8m long for mounting of generator, compressor, water tanks, etc.
• Fold down hand rails all around
• Slide out access ladder with self-closing gate on right hand side

Wash Bay

• Fold out emergency shower and eye wash station on left hand side
• Insulated potable water tank with automatic pressure pump for sink. Ground level fill point and level tube
• Waste water to go onto ground

240V Electrical

• 8 x LED flood lights on top outside of unit, 4 per side (lights recessed into walls for protection)
• 10 x LED internal strip lights, 6 in workshop and 4 in crib room
• 2 x LED work lights on rear door to illuminate stair area when open
• 4 x single phase power outlet in workshop, 2 per side, above bench
• 4 x single phase power outlets in kitchen, 2 per side
• All wiring from roof and all plugs bench height allowing work shop to be washed out
• All 240 volt wiring in accordance with AS3000 and AS3007
• All wiring run inside trailer with heavy duty duct under roof and steel conduits to work bench
• 240-volt lockable electrical cabinet with labelling
