Shermac’s Mineserve 1000 Series 4×2 and 4×4 service trucks are engineered for reliable in-field servicing across mining, civil, commercial and hire environments. Designed and manufactured in Australia, each unit delivers a compact, highly versatile service solution for light to medium plant, fixed equipment and mobile assets operating on site.
Every service truck is mine-spec compliant as standard and built with a robust steel service body suited to harsh operating conditions. Tank layouts are configured to carry diesel, engine oils, hydraulic oils, coolant, waste oil and grease, allowing multiple servicing tasks to be completed efficiently without returning to base.
The service body, pump systems and access points are arranged for simple operation and straightforward maintenance. Lightweight construction improves payload efficiency, while weight distribution is matched to the GVM of 4×2 and 4×4 platforms to support stable handling. Custom builds are available across the Mineserve 1000 Series, with configurations tailored to your equipment mix, site standards and operational requirements.
Every Shermac 4×2 and 4×4 service truck is built mine-spec compliant as standard. Safety systems including compliant lighting, isolation points, emergency stops, spill control equipment and safe access systems are integrated to meet site requirements across mining operations.
The steel service body is engineered for durability in harsh operating environments. Its robust construction protects tanks, pumps and dispensing systems while delivering long service life under vibration, dust and daily use.
Tank configurations can be tailored to carry diesel, engine oils, hydraulic oils, coolant, waste oil and grease. This flexibility allows a single service truck to complete multiple servicing tasks efficiently in the field.
Pumping systems are selected to suit the fluid type and application. Pneumatic piston pumps are used for new oil and grease systems, while double diaphragm pumps are fitted for diesel, waste oil and coolant to deliver reliable, controlled flow.
Hose reels and controls are arranged for ease of use and safe operation. Enclosed pump and reel compartments provide weather protection and improve accessibility, reducing operator fatigue during repetitive servicing tasks.
An integrated bunded sump is built into the service body to contain fluids in the unlikely event of a spill. On-board spill kits and fire extinguishers further support safe operation and environmental compliance.
The service body is engineered to maximise strength while minimising overall weight. This improves payload efficiency, reduces fuel consumption and supports better utilisation of 4×2 and 4×4 platforms.
All service bodies are fully grit blasted and finished with a two-pack paint system. Optional corrosion protection systems are available for vehicles operating in highly corrosive or high-abrasion site conditions.
