USABILITY

• Our water carts are ergonomically
  designed to be easy to use and maintain,
  with useful features such as cab controls,
  and unique single point servicing, making life
  easier for operators.

FLEXIBILITY

• Based on our consultation with you, we’ll
  design and manufacture your water cart,
  ensuring it’s built for purpose, so you know
  it’s perfectly equipped to meet any cartage
  and dust suppression challenge in the field.

SAFETY

• All of our trucks are built to Australian
  Standards and are packed with safety
  features – such as safety railing, ROPS, a
  battery isolator, cat-style jump start receptacle, a first aid box, and emergency stop
  buttons to help safeguard the operator.

RELIABILITY

• Every element in every truck we design has
  been engineered to perform with heavy-duty
  use in the harshest conditions. For example,
  our tanks feature curved sides to provide
  extra integrity.

WATER APPLICATION SYSTEMS

• Our water application systems include left
  and right batter sprays, horizontal central
  fan sprays, hydraulic or electric controlled
  water cannons (with optional foam injection
  system), customized dribble bar options,
  optional front sprays and scope for any
  additional custom spray kits you may
  require.

DRIBBLE BAR

• Our dribble bars come with three standard
  options – left and right drop bar with poly
  spray bars, full width gravity fed dribble bar,
  and full width pressure fed spray bar, with
  industrial spray nozzles. These can be
  customised to suit any application.

SERVICE ACCESS

• Our user-friendly access stairs and railings
  are designed to AS 1657-1992, and provide
  safe and efficient access to tank lids from the
  top of the module. Our semi’s are built with a
  unique single-point servicing feature so there
  is just one convenient location for all your
  grease points.

PUMP SYSTEMS

• Our standard hydraulic powered centrifugal
  water pumps are mounted at the front of tank
  unit to avoid corrosive water spray damage.

TANK FILL SYSTEM

• Refilling is simple, with a top-fill funnel for
  standpipe filling and a water level gauge
  fitted on the front of the tank.

OPTIONAL SELF FILL

• This optional system includes a self fill option
  with 3” camlock connection and valves to
  direct flow from water source via pump into
  tank.

CAB CONTROLS

• All our water carts include a conveniently
  placed in-cab spray and cannon control
  panel, providing total operating control from
  the comfort of the cabin.

LIGHTING

• Configure the lighting solution that’s right for
  your operations. We offer LED combination
  tail lights, side marker lights and a number
  plate light, as well as mine spec lighting options (high level tail lights, work light kit and
  amber beacon front and rear).

PAINT / APPEARANCE

• Specify your vehicle’s colour. We gritblast and paint our water carts to the highest
  industry standards, including a two-pack
  epoxy paint system internally and externally,
  with optional corrosion protection systems
  for operation in corrosive site conditions.

BALL BAFFLE SYSTEM

• The optional ball baffle system reduces fluid
  movement for improved load stability, and
  offers innovative liquid surge protection for
  safer liquid cartage in any type of tank.

WHEEL GUARDS

• Our robust rubber wheel guards provide
  another level of go-anywhere-do-anything
  protection for our tough and durable semi
  water carts.

ADDITIONAL OPTIONS

• We provide a range of additional options
  that enable you to create the perfect water
  cartage solution, every time.
  These options include: reverse cameras,
  hose reels with variable spray nozzles, bull
  bars, rear flashing lights, spare tyre carriers,
  foam injection systems for water cannon,
  diaphragm spray heads, poly skid-in tanks,
  window tints… and more!
