Available in 2 tonne and 3.5 tonne gross vehicle mass options, each unit delivers a compact, mine-ready solution for refuelling, lubrication and waste fluid management across demanding site conditions.

Built on a heavy-duty Shermac chassis and fully enclosed for equipment protection, these trailers shield pumps, reels and controls from dust, weather and impact. The self-bunded design and secure lockable compartments support safe operation and environmental compliance in mining and civil environments.  

Tank layouts, dispensing systems and power supply options are configured to suit your servicing workflows. Diesel, oils, grease and waste fluid systems can be integrated into a single unit, allowing multiple maintenance tasks to be completed efficiently without returning to the workshop.

They are commonly used for refuelling, lubrication and waste fluid management of light plant, fixed equipment and mobile assets operating away from workshop facilities.

The MTS2000 is rated to 2 tonne gross vehicle mass and is suited to lighter servicing requirements and smaller tow vehicles. The MTS3500 is rated to 3.5 tonne gross vehicle mass and provides increased fluid capacity for higher-demand servicing applications. Model selection depends on towing capacity, site conditions and required product volumes.

Yes. Shermac service trailers are engineered to meet strict mine-site requirements. Compliant lighting, isolation points, emergency stops and required safety equipment can be integrated to align with site standards and onboarding requirements.

Tank layouts can be configured to carry diesel, engine oils, hydraulic oils, coolant and grease. Waste fluid systems can also be integrated to allow evacuation and controlled out-loading directly from equipment in the field.
